Live Again is an AI memorial companion service operated by Goldstein EQ LLC. Our service creates digital companions based on user-uploaded media including photos, videos, voice recordings, and text communications. These companions allow families to preserve and interact with the memories, voice, and personality of their loved ones through AI technology.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Live Again. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You are also responsible for all content you upload to the platform. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at sam@goldsteineq.com.
You may only upload media that you have the legal right to share. This includes photos, videos, voice recordings, text messages, letters, and other personal content of or about the person being memorialized. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.
The AI companions created through Live Again are artificial intelligence technology. They are not supernatural or spiritual communication of any kind. They are trained models that approximate personality, voice, and conversational style based on the media and information you provide. The more content you share, the more authentic the companion becomes, but it remains an AI-generated approximation and not the actual person.
All plans are billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have billing concerns.
Text Companion ($29/month): AI chat and text messaging, personality built from uploaded content, family sharing included.
Voice Companion ($49/month): Everything in Text Companion plus voice cloning so you can hear them speak, phone call access.
Legacy Package ($99/month): Everything in Voice Companion plus digitization service for physical photos, letters, VHS tapes, cassettes, and film reels.
All plans include family sharing at no additional cost. You choose who gets access to the companion.
You retain full ownership of all media you upload to Live Again. By uploading content, you grant Goldstein EQ LLC a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of creating and maintaining your AI companion. Goldstein EQ LLC retains all rights to the AI technology, platform, and underlying systems that power the service.
Live Again is provided on an "as is" basis. Goldstein EQ LLC is not liable for emotional distress arising from use of the service, data loss beyond what reasonable security measures can prevent, or service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Either party can terminate the service relationship at any time. You can cancel your account through your settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request immediate deletion. We may also terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Live Again. These messages may include account updates, customer support communications, and service notifications. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are made, we will notify users via email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
